It has 230 students aged 7-18 with a wide range of ability levels and additional learning needs, including complex needs. We are seeking to appoint an experienced Premises Assistant to support our Premises Manager in all aspects of premises management. This will include security including unlocking the building in the morning, as well as maintenance and development of our school buildings and site to ensure that they support the educational needs of our students. In addition you will ensure our minibuses are maintained and drive our pupils and students to off-site activities and visits.
Job Purpose and Scope:
· To undertake all aspects of routine maintenance work
· To carry out caretaking and facilities management tasks
· To maintain the grounds and external site areas
· To positively contribute to the health& safety of staff and pupils
