We are seeking to appoint a friendly, reliable Education & Health Care Plan & Admin Co-Ordinator with excellent organisational skills to oversee the EHCP admin process, which includes planning and organising meetings as well as taking minutes at the meetings and providing an efficient admin service for the smooth running of the school.
The post holder will be joining a busy school where no two days are the same. We are looking for a skilled individual who is energetic, efficient, flexible, with good communication skills and able to multi-task. Have the ability to work on your own initiative and develop positive relationships with colleagues and working collaboratively with the whole school community. You will have excellent IT skills in Excel/Word/Outlook, along with a good level of typing skills as well as knowledge of MIS packages would be desirable. Duties will include minute taking, organising meetings, reception as well as general clerical duties such as photocopying and call handling. It is essential that you have a minimum of GCSE English and Maths grade A* – C (prior to 2014) or Reformed GCSE grading system, grade 9 (highest) to 4 (since 2014) or the ability to prove competence at an equivalent level.
