The Skills Hub receives excellent feedback from local Head

The Skills Hub was delighted to receive some amazing feedback from headteachers and teachers who recently attended an Open Event at the school. The event was a great success and attended by colleagues from neighbouring schools that we work with in the local area.

The visitors had the opportunity to have a tour of the school, meet the Principal, and hear first hand about the work that the school does with the young people who attend.

Here is the feedback from Antonio D’Onofrio, Headteacher at Harlington School

“Thank you so very much for the invite to attend the Skills Hub last week.  The visit was both enlightening and educational.  For myself as a local colleague I was overwhelmed to see the accomplishments made with so many key vulnerable students.  I restate my claim that we need you as a vital part of HASH (Hillingdon Association of Secondary Teachers) and that you offer something we should all learn from.  A visit to the Skills Hub is a must for all of us headteachers in Hillingdon so that we can better share your message of success.

For me to have been able to meet your team and see first-hand the work, expertise and dedication of your team showcased why so many success stories come out of your school.  I was both humbled and very much overwhelmed with what I saw and what I was able to take away from your school.  You and your team are a credit to the Orchard Hill College Academy Trust.”

They are looking forward to working with many of these colleagues in the future.
