New General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) were introduced in the UK on 25th May 2018 and Orchard Hill College Academy Trust (the Trust) wishes to assure all stakeholders of our commitment to uphold the principles of the GDPR. Our Privacy Notices tell you what to expect when the Trust collects personal information. It applies to the information we collect about pupils, students, staff, visitors to our website, suppliers and for marketing and research purposes.
The Trust believes that privacy is a very important right and when processing and developing information systems we are committed to privacy by design which means we will ‘ask permission, respect the privacy of the subject, value and protect an individual’s data’ at all times.
