Outstanding Contribution awarded for the first time
For the first time there was an additional presentation at the annual staff awards. It was to celebrate the Outstanding Contribution. of Jane Meadows, HR Project Officer, who was mentioned in nominations for all categories and who has been recognised in previous years.
The annual staff awards are presented at the Central Teams Development Day and recognise the hard work of colleagues throughout the year. There are six awards which mirror the Trust’s CREATE values of Confidence, Respectful, Equitable, Advocacy, Teamworking and Enabling. Staff are given the opportunity to nominate colleagues and those with the most votes are presented with a plaque to recognise their contributions to the team over the year.
This year’s winners were:
Confidence – Latoya Lewis, HR Trainee
Respectful – Mani Purewall, Learning and Development Administrator
Equitable – Lisa Harding, Accounts Payable Manager
Advocacy – Supa Ragulan, Systems Accountant
Teamworking – Bettina Biol, HR Operations Team Lead
Enabling – Chloe Jade Bishop Wright, Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Advisor
Well done to everyone receiving awards, all those receiving nominations and thank you to all staff for their contributions this year.
