TEACHING ASSISTANT

£15,059 - £17,680 per annum (FTE £17,797 - £20,895 pa)

Job Details

We are seeking an individual to support our students to access their learning through modified timetables. You will be able to support the delivery of our curriculum using a range of interventions and creative skills to help our pupils make outstanding progress academically, socially and emotionally.

Teaching Assistant – Job Profile

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting, and possess a GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English and a relevant NVQ Level 3 or a willingness to work towards this.

Brantridge School is a special academy located in Staplefield, near Haywards Heath, designed to meet the educational, behavioural, care and therapeutic needs up to 54 boys (age 6-13 years).  Our children have a range of special needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC).
