Senior Premises Officer
Job Details
This role will include security, Health and Safety, cleanliness, porterage, routine maintenance and refurbishment, minor repairs and assisting with obtaining maintenance/repair quotes/estimates to ensure best value. There will be a two Senior Premises Officers who will jointly manage the school and college sites, covering for each other in their absence.

Person Specification
The postholder will have proven experience of building maintenance work and supervising staff coupled with a good knowledge of basic site maintenance and good practice in building services. A recognised qualification or training in associated with caretaking/DIY activities is desirable (e.g., C&G Certificate in Caretaking Maintenance, Electrical Testing Level 1).
