Job Details
You will take an active role in identifying trends to improve performance, in addition to managing a number of projects. You will deliver high-level, non-routine advice and assistance across the full range of HR issues and will supervise other members of the team.

Person Specification
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will have successful experience of working in conjunction with managers to resolve complex casework, providing professional human resources advice and guidance, drawing upon employment legislation and good practice. You should have CIPD qualification, and ideally you will have some experience of supporting schools/education establishments.
