Senior Human Resources Adviser

Scale PO2, pro-rata £20,960 - £22,666 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance; (FTE: £33,282 - £35,991 per annum)
Uxbridge, Hillingdon & Slough Area
Part Time, 25 hours per week, Term Time plus 3 weeks (39 weeks per year)

Job Details

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will have successful experience of working in conjunction with managers to resolve complex casework, providing professional human resources advice and guidance, drawing upon employment legislation and good practice.  You will take an active role in identifying trends to improve performance, in addition to managing a number of projects. You will deliver high-level, non-routine advice and assistance across the full range of HR issues and will supervise other members of the team.

Orchard Hill College (the College) and Orchard Hill College Academy Trust (the Trust) together form Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust (OHC&AT), a family of specialist education providers for pupils and students from nursery to further education across London, Surrey and Sussex.

Orchard Hill College was established in 1983 and has grown from a small hospital provision into an Outstanding College that operates from seven college centres across London and provides post-16 education for students with mild, moderate, severe and profound learning need. In 2013, the College established the Trust to share its expertise and provide services and support to specialist schools. The Trust is now home to 12 special schools across London, Surrey and Sussex.

This is supported by a suite of shared services whose expert staff work closely with students and staff in each school/College centre, affiliates and commissioning organisations to improve educational and operational quality at every level to benefit our students.
