Job Details
You will work as part of a team in a warm, homely environment where students are supported and able to experience a wide range of activities that encourage independence and acceptable behaviour in line with behaviour plans.
You will also work as part of the larger school team with teachers, therapists and pastoral and learning assistants to share information and provide an integrated support package of care and independence training for the young people.

Person Specification
Previous experience of working with SEMH pupils is not essential but desirable and applications from colleagues currently in mainstream settings are encouraged.
Must have own transport due to rural location.
