Scale 3/4: £22,185 to £24,256 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance

Full time, 36 hours per week, throughout the year (Applicants wanting to work part time and/or flexibly will be considered)

Job Details

You will work within the Finance Team and carry out duties within the procurement of goods and services. You will be the central contact for all new supplier requests, ensuring the set up and checking of new suppliers, co-ordinating the contracts database and assisting with the day-to-day administration to ensure the function runs smoothly and efficiently.

Person Specification

You must have procurement experience and understand contract management principles (KPIs, service levels, corporate governance) as well as the ability to source and manage indirect supplies and services. Excellent IT skills, as well as the ability to negotiate are also required.
