Job Details
Within this role you will be responsible for the management of the curriculum team. This will include daily organisation, timetabling and monitoring, mentoring, training, supervision and support of staff, as well as the management of internal communication systems. You will also have responsibility for departmental budgets for agency staff, learning resources and staff development.
You will work under the direction of the Regional Lead and Principal to lead the staff team in the provision of high quality education within the remit of the policies adopted by governors.

Person Specification
You will need Qualified Teacher Status in Lifelong Learning, good/outstanding experience of teaching students with learning disabilities, and successful management experience.
