Job Details
You will be responsible for Strategic leadership and management, optimisation of the contribution of all staff to ensure excellent quality of education and learning to improve outcomes and promote well being.
You will also be responsible for Planning, managing and monitoring the curriculum within the agreed budget, setting appropriate priorities for expenditure, allocating funds and ensuring effective administration and control.

Person Specification
You will have significant experience as a senior leader in one or more settings, especially specialist settings. Proven ability to lead on and model exemplary teaching practice and develop high quality coaching and training across a multi-site provision is desired. Evidence of leadership in taking a corporate approach to quality improvement will be expected and a Comprehensive and up to date knowledge of current statutory and compliance matters and regional and local landscapes, policy and legislation.
