Main Pay Scale - A SEN (lower) allowance of £2149 per annum is payable on appointment. The full SEN allowance of £4242 per annum is payable following the acquisition of a post-graduate qualification in the field (supported by the school), the completion of two years in post at Dysart or significant SEN experience.
