The Executive Headteacher/Deputy CEO is integral to shaping the future of the organisation, driving improvements in quality and standards and empowering our staff teams so that our learners achieve life-changing outcomes. As well as needing to be capable of managing a highly varied and complex remit, you must be highly ambitious for what our pupils and students can achieve. You will also need to be creative, dynamic, resilient and determined, as well as solution-focused and relentlessly committed to our children, young people and their families.

Orchard Hill College, based across seven college centres, and Orchard Hill College Academy Trust, comprising 14 academy schools, together form Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust (OHC&AT), a family of specialist education providers for pupils and students from nursery to further education across London, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire.
The uniqueness of OHC&AT is that it is fully representative of all designations of special educational needs. Pupils and students within the OHC&AT family have a wide range of learning disabilities and additional needs including complex autism; speech, language and communication difficulties; social, emotional and mental health; and physical disabilities including multi-sensory impairment and complex health needs.
