Estates Project Manager

Grade PO2 £34,878 - £37,721 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance
Sutton with travel to all OHC and OHC&AT Sites
36 Hours per week, all year round

Job Details

Contract: Fixed Term for 6 months from start date

The Estates Project Manager will work proactively as directed by the Head of Estates & Facilities to ensure that projects are delivered in line with specifications, budget and timeline. This will include liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will be required to work closely with OHC and OHC&AT Principals, as well as functions including premises, finance, marketing and IT.

Person Specification

The post holder will have a recognised project management qualification as well as relevant experience working in a wide range of education settings.

The role involves the operational delivery of projects and will require a high level of attention to detail coupled with excellent communication and team working skills.
