Administration Assistant – Dysart School

Grade D point 15 – 20 £19,486.28 - £20,926.78 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance (FTE £22,185 - £23,825)
Dysart School, 190 Ewell Road, Surbiton, KT6 6HL
36 hours per week, 8.15am – 4.15pm Monday to Thursday, 8.15am to 4.00pm Friday, term time plus 1 week

Job Details

The post holder will be joining a busy school where no two days are the same. We are looking for a skilled individual who is energetic, efficient, flexible, with good communication skills and able to multi-task. Have the ability to work on your own initiative and develop positive relationships with colleagues and working collaboratively with the whole school community.

Person Specification

You will have excellent IT skills in Excel/Word/Outlook, along with knowledge of SIMS package would be desirable. Duties will include data input, reception as well as general clerical duties such as photocopying and call handling.

It is essential that you have a minimum of GCSE English and Maths (or the ability to prove competence at an equivalent level).
