Person Specification
You will have outstanding interpersonal and behaviour management skills, have high expectations, and be fully committed to supporting opportunities for disadvantaged students with Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) with class sizes limited to a maximum of 8 pupils.
Your planning will take into account the diversity of need and ability within each teaching group, and you will have a good understanding of assessment and monitoring student progress.
Previous experience of working in with SEMH pupils is not essential and applications from colleagues currently in mainstream settings are greatly encouraged.

Grafham Grange School is an academy for boys’, located in the Surrey Countryside, 20 minutes from Guildford. We provide an all-round education for boys aged 11-18.
