Central Teams CREATE Awards 2025

Every year the Trust celebrates the hard work of colleagues in the Central Teams through the Staff Awards. There are six awards which mirror our CREATE values of Confidence, Respectful, Equitable, Advocacy, Teamworking and Enabling. Staff have the opportunity to nominate colleagues and those with the most votes are presented with a plaque at the annual Central Teams Development Day.

This year’s winners were:

Confidence – Enoch Li, Digital Media Officer “He’s been a game-changer for our digital marketing”

Respectful – Jane Meadows, HR Project Officer “She truly embodies what it means to be respectful”

Equitable – Rachael Tucker, Head of Regulatory Compliance “She’s a hugely valuable part of our central team”

Advocacy – Brenda Scott, Director of ICT “She makes everyone feel supported”

Teamworking – Fiona Wilkins, Marketing & Communications Manager “She’s a true collaborator”

Enabling – Stuart Alcock, Head of Finance Business Partnering “He brings calm and clarity to even the most complex challenges”
