Seeing the school in action and the students thriving in their new learning environment was at the heart of the Ministers visit.
The Minister enjoyed seeing students learning and playing in their beautiful and engaging sensory garden, there was also an opportunity to see Mabel, the school therapy dog and her owner Lisa who assist some of the students with their reading. The Minister was impressed with the nurturing relationship between students and staff and the wide range of support available to the students.
