How we work

OHC&AT is comprised of four regional hubs. The regional hub model is central to how we work. It ensures that, as a large MAT, we stay connected as a family of providers, not just within OHC&AT but also within each local cluster. These clusters, or hubs, comprise OHCAT academies, Orchard Hill College centres, mainstream schools and other key stakeholders and partners. By operating in this way, our pupils, students and families are firmly ‘plugged in’ to their broader regional context but retain all of the benefits of the in-house collaboration and support that OHC&AT provides.

This is a very exciting and pivotal moment in the lives of St Dominic’s, Brantridge and Grafham Grange schools.  Academy conversion under the sponsorship of Orchard Hill College Academy Trust will help secure their futures and, no doubt, lead to better outcomes for pupils and students, families and carers, staff and all stakeholders.
