How we work

OHC&AT is comprised of four regional hubs. The regional hub model is central to how we work. It ensures that, as a large organisation, we stay connected as a family of providers, not just within OHC&AT but also within each local community. These hubs comprise OHCAT academies, Orchard Hill College centres, mainstream schools and other key stakeholders and partners. By operating in this way, our pupils, students and families are firmly ‘plugged in’ to their broader regional context but retain all of the benefits of the in-house collaboration and support that OHC&AT provides.
